Après avoir acheté un Santoku Noyer à mon fils et l'avoir essayé, je me suis procuré le Santoku Hêtre pour moi-même. Ces couteaux sont EXTRÊMEMENT tranchants, légers en main et tellement plus agréables à utiliser.

The shipping company delivered it to the wrong address, but Samuel immediately resolved it for me and shipped another one. I was able to gift it to my family in time and they have enjoyed it so far. The handle is beautifully made and I've only heard good feedback from them.

I bought several of the Santoku (beech) knives for a few friends as a thank you present. The Japanse steel knife is a chef's secret - amazingly sharp and the first I reach for.
