Return & Warranty


We sincerely hope you are delighted with your Hazaki purchase, however if you are not satisfied you may return your order for a refund or exchange within 14 calendar days of purchase, for any reason.

Returned items must be unused, in perfect out of the box condition with undamaged original packaging and include the original receipt.

All products are quality checked before they are sent.

***International orders : return is possible but the client will have to pay for the shipping fees.

We will respond within 48 hours with further instructions.

Please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be processed once your return has been received. Once the return has been approved you will receive a refund confirmation email.

Return AND sending freight (even if you had free shipping) will be at the buyers expense, when sending the returned items please ensure to package them well to prevent damage, take out tracking and any applicable insurance with your chosen carrier.


If there are any problems with your order, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. For breakage resulting from carrier transit, please keep the entirety of original item(s) as well as all packaging and packing materials for 30 days for future inspection by the carrier.


Our warranty covers only problems due to manufacturing. Any product that shows problems due to a lack of maintenance will not be covered by the warranty.

Knives and Accessories : All our knives and accessories have a warranty of 1 year from the date it was purchased.

Cutting Boards : All our cutting boards have a 1 year warranty from the date it was purchased BUT because cracks in the wood are mostly due to the dryness of the boards, Hazaki doesn't cover cracks that occur over time since it's impossible to determine if it's our fault or the customer's. We then highly suggest to keep your boards well hydrated with our board butter as much as you can.
