What Chefs Say About Hazaki
Chefs demand the most from kitchen knives and cutting boards, so they were our starting point when we designed all of our products. If a knife performs well in a professional kitchen, it will excel in any home.
Chef of Shokunin, Eight, Greenfish and Nupo restaurant. Finalist in Netflix cooking competition ''The Final Table''
In the restaurant industry, the quality of the knives that we use is extremely important.
This is why we chose to collaborate with Hazaki, to produce the custom steak knives we use in all 3 of our restaurants and a sashimi knife we use in the kitchens as well.
The combination of Japanese blades with Canadian handles, I truly believe they're some of the finest knives in the world.

I have a multitude of knives in all shapes and sizes and range in quality from $60 - $2000. Hazaki is by far the best bang for the buck you can get. It compares to my most expensive blades in terms of performance and is pretty affordable. I really like the weight, shape and feeling in hand of all my Pro Series knives. They keep their edge for a very long time as well. Awesome products!

Being a chef, I'm going through most Japanese knives in less than a year. With Hazaki knives, I feel that they are the perfect balance between sharp and robust. They keep their edge forever but are not as fragile as other Japanese knives, they're definitely my favorite knives ever.

I am a massive fan of Japanese knives. I've used many top brands but Hazaki Knives beat them all! They are light, sharp as hell and the feeling in hand is so comfortable.
