Hazaki was founded to help people cook better by allowing them to get quality products for an honest price. We always wondered why it was practically impossible to buy good knives without having to spend a lot of money. Big companies in the knife industry boost their prices to make a markup good enough to sell in retail.
We then came up with the idea to cut the middle man in the process to bring you high quality products you would find for at least double the price in retailers.
