Samuel Bouchard (left), founded Hazaki in Montreal, Canada, with the goal to produce some of the finest kitchenware in the world.
Cooking with high quality Japanese knives and handmade cutting boards completely enhances your experience and makes it so enjoyable. We want to make this experience accessible to everyone; for the professional chef as much as for the home cook.

i was between this knife block and another for quite a while, a knife block is a commitment. pulled the trigger and so happy that i did. it fits all of. my knifes perfectly and is a proper showcase. the quality of walnut and leather is exceptional, knifes stay in place, stay sharp, even the girlfriend loves it. recommend this to anyone looking for a different, canadian made knife block that’ll give your kitchen character and elevate it with sense of subtle luxury
i shopped this board for over a year wondering if it would be what i wanted in my kitchen, stylish and ultimately be worth it. the second i unpacked it, this cutting board became the perfect accent to my kitchen. love it and now considering the larger board to go with it

Bought the walnut knife holder as a gift for my daughter and her partner. The quality is outstanding and delivery was great. It will look amazing in their new home. Would include a picture but they are still deciding where to place it. They are extremely happy with both the look and quality.

Works incredibly well and looks super nice. The QR link for instructions on how to install it did not work so I lowkey struggled too much with that. Hopefully they can find a way to make that link work.
