Since launching Hazaki Knives at the end of 2018, it's been amazing to gain support from some incredibly talented chefs. It is very important for us to hear what chefs have to say, since they are working day in, day out with their knives in hand. If our knives can handle professional kitchens, they can definitely be fit for home cooking as well.

Being a chef, I'm going through most Japanese knives in less than a year. With Hazaki knives, I feel that they are the perfect balance between sharp and robust. They keep their edge forever but are not as fragile as other Japanese knives, they're definitely my favorite knives ever.

I have a multitude of knives in all shapes and sizes and range in quality from $60 - $2000. Hazaki is by far the best bang for the buck you can get. It compares to my most expensive blades in terms of performance and is pretty affordable. I really like the weight, shape and feeling in hand of all my Pro Series knives. They keep their edge for a very long time as well. Awesome products!
